First results of the project are presented in Dresden

Sarah Meeßen is presenting the first results

At the 10th conference of the Division of Industrial, Organizational and Business Psychology of the German Psychological Society in Dresden, the first results of the project were reported in the context of the presentation "Trust in Information Systems - Critical Incidents and Model Development". The results of two studies show that especially the reliability of information systems as well as the credibility of the provided information promote a trustful use of information systems. The trustful use of information systems in turn reduces stress and promotes performance and well-being of the users.
